HomeEase is a marketplace that connects customers with independent home service professionals. HomeEase does not directly provide the services; independent contractors do.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorized. Prices shown include all applicable taxes. HomeEase collects payment on behalf of service professionals.
You may not use HomeEase to harass professionals, post false reviews, circumvent our platform to hire professionals directly, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
HomeEase's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
